MaMa MeMe

Since I am the new kid on the block I am tagging myself with this meme from hula seventy:

top 5 must-haves (for the moment):

in my fridge:
1. sheep and goat barrel Greek feta from Whole Paycheck
2. horseradish mustard
3. leftover three mushroom pasta sauce w/fresh sage on tagliatelle
4. Hansens grapefruit soda
5. organic butter from Trader Joe's

in my closet:
1. leopard kitten heels with antique blue trim
2. green, green, green everything (pants, shirts, purses, sweaters, shoes...)
3. FatBoy asleep in the 'to be done' laundry basket
4. my favorite ratty flip flops
5. black crochet kimono from H&M

in my purse:
1. orange leather wallet that feels like butter
2. vintage looking velour make-up bag with retro pears and apples
3. the best red lipstick EVER (Guerlain KissKiss in Folie de Granat)
4. photo sticker of PickleBoy (when he was 8) and I from the Japanese sticker-photo booth in JapanTown SF (stuck into above mentioned wallet)
5. eyedrops - always with the eyedrops (Naphcon-A - thanks for these Rebecca!)

in my car:
1. RoadTrip FM Transmitter for the ipod
2. ipod (I would have to drive for 10.4 days straight to hear every song)
3. many many redwood pine needles
4. Altoids peppermint gum
5. stuffed velvet olive hanging from rearview mirror

on my TiVo:
1. Anthony Bourdain No Reservations (who knew a 50 year old smoking drinking chef could be so HOT)
2. the Saturday Night Live with Justin Timberlake from 2004. He was the host and the musical guest and, OK, this is a total guilty pleasure and you can rib me all you want but I have converted at least two people by forcing them to watch it...I'm just sayin...
3. Top Chef (a poor substitute for Project Runway but I'm still going through Jay McCarroll withdrawal)
4. Lost
5. the very last episode of Six Feet Under (every time I go to delete it, I watch it "one more time", I cry (again), and then decide I absolutely CAN'T delete it)

okay okay, you already know all my top five must-haves... loved reading yours, though. what is it about lists? I love lists.

and as for top chef: I'm so with you. at first, I refused to get into it, too into project runway to give it a chance... but now I'm sort of hooked. the real question? why didn't they give jay his own show? I mean, i've always been a jay fan but I swear, I was so hooked with that one-hour special on him. I *heart* jay.

I'm so with you on the last episode of "Six Feet Under". Did they not do just the BEST job EVER in wrapping things up?

Oh, yeah, and Tony, as I like to whisper in his ear, (kidding honey!!) is so very sexy.
